HOW I WORK
1. INTAKE & INITIAL CONSULATION
Our collaboration begins with a thorough Intake Form to be completed before our Initial Consultation.
2. FOUNDATION-BUILDING

I will use the information gathered during our initial consultation to create a personalized Foundational protocol. This protocol provides guidance that addresses your most immediate needs, suggestions for immediate and achievable changes, and recommendations to help set the stage for long-term goals and a big-picture reset.
3. FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
​
Follow-up sessions will be scheduled at intervals that make sense for you. We use them to build upon successes and mitigate challenges. We explore new ideas and focus on areas that need targeted interventions. A Targeted Protocol will be provided after each follow-up session. This is where my understanding of your strengths, motivations, preferences, circumstances, uniqueness, and limitations truly help me craft scaffolded suggestions that suit your needs and perhaps those of your loved ones. This is also where collaborations with your families, loved ones, and other healthcare providers can be very helpful. Protocols are informed by your Dietary and Lifestyle Journals, our discussions, your labwork or functional blood analysis that I may run. Sample Recipe Collections, Personalized Meal Plans, Nutritional Supplementation Plans, Food Prep Ideas, or Shopping Plans are some tools that I incorporate into these targeted protocols. Recommendations and referrals for other healthcare and wellness practitioners may also be provided.
