INTAKE
Clients complete an intake form before our Initial Consultation. I urge clients to provide as much information as possible. The more I can prepare before we meet, the more insightful our time together can be.
FOUNDATION-BUILDING
Following our initial consultation, I will develop a Personalized Foundational Protocol. This protocol provides guidance that addresses your most immediate needs, offers suggestions for immediate and achievable changes, and outlines a roadmap for a comprehensive reset and long-term goals. A Foundational Protocol typically consists of:

-
Suggestions for specific foods to include, reduce, or eliminate, along with the rationale;
-
Macro- and micronutrients to target, along with the rationale;
-
Food preparation ideas and cooking guidance;
-
Shopping resources and suggestions;
-
Sample recipes;
-
Recommendations for nutritional supplements if needed;
-
Referrals for other healthcare or wellness modalities and practitioners;
-
Reliable sources of health or food-related educational materials.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
Together, we will establish a follow-up schedule that suits you. Most clients have their first follow-up session within three to four weeks. Subsequent sessions typically occur every two to four weeks. When sessions are spaced further apart, I often offer a quick 20-minute check-in session to help clients maintain momentum. You may receive follow-up written protocols, information guides or questionnaires when needed. The frequency, format and length of these tailored documents vary based on your needs.
Follow-up sessions are crucial for assessing progress and for identifying successes and challenges. We may work on reinforcing areas that require additional support, pivot to new strategies, or explore new areas that are ready for intervention. My ongoing recommendations are adjusted and informed by our discussions. We examine your daily experiences, internal processes, journals, lab work, and overall status. This is where my holistic understanding of you is crucial. Knowing your strengths, motivations, preferences, circumstances, uniqueness, and challenges - knowing who you are, what you think and how you feel – enables me to craft scaffolded suggestions for your needs.
ADD-ONS
I offer personalized meal plans, which include recipes and shopping lists, as well as recipe collections as add-on services. I occasionally conduct home visits for pantry resets, kitchen organization, and cooking guidance.
